Payment

Registration fees are to be paid in Euro and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The on-line registration system provides a secured transaction system.

Confirmation of registration

After you have registered via the website and we have received your payment, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellations and refunds

 The Seminar Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration:

  • In case of cancellation before or on 23 October 2022, the registration fee less an administration fee of 25% will be refunded.
  • As of 24 October 2022, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Please note that terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances. Refunds will be made after the seminar.
